How does it work?

Senior Whole Health is different from many other programs. The Senior Care Options program in which Senior Whole Health participates provides a unique opportunity to:

• Make health care and support services truly fit the needs of each individual and to look at your whole needs;
• Give more flexibility in what and how services can be provided to our members;
• Offer a wide range of services to help seniors live as independently as possible;
• Allow your health care providers to work with you and the other persons important to you so that you can stay as healthy as possible.
