Senior Whole Health (SWH) was created to satisfy emerging demands by consumers, public payers and private health insurers for new approaches to the coordination and payment of health care services for the elderly.
Senior Whole Health is uniquely positioned to become a leader in the development of a new type of health care delivery and financing structure, the Senior Care Organization, or SCO.
Senior Care Organizations will expand Medicare and Medicaid managed care services to the senior market in an effort to contain disproportionately rising costs. It is SWH’s objective to use the SCO model as a mechanism to rationalize, structure and improve the overall access and quality of elderly care on a national basis in both the public and private sectors.
Our Staff
Senior Whole Health has assembled a seasoned clinical and administrative management staff with successful experience in developing, implementing, and operating Medicaid and Medicare managed care organizations in both Massachusetts and other states.
This type of focused expertise toward a single market has proven itself a successful model in multiple national managed care companies.
