Mission

Our mission at Senior Whole Health, is to maximize the quality of life, health, and independence of our members.

Overview

Senior Whole Health (SWH) is a new health care plan for people who are 65 years old or older who qualify for MassHealth and who live in the Senior Whole Health service area. People who are 65 years old or older who have both MassHealth and Medicare can also join Senior Whole Health.

We are a special program called a Senior Care Organization (SCO). SCOs are a new program only available in Massachusetts.

Senior Whole Health offers comprehensive care, including preventive services, physician services, hospital care, pharmacy, support services to help you at home, care in a nursing home if you need it, and many other services.

As a member, you will choose your primary care doctor. Senior Whole Health Nurse Coordinators and Service Coordinators will work with you and your doctor to find out what types of care and services you need and prefer, and will help you get those services.
