Drug Benefits

As a member of SWH you will receive both your Medicare Part D and your Medicaid drug benefits with our card.

This drug benefits section of the Web site will provide you with a more detailed overview of SWH’s Part D Drug Benefits Plan, as well as information and tools you will need as a member of SWH who qualifies for Part D.

Our hours of operation are weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 8PM, and also on Saturdays and Sundays from November 15th to March 1st. Someone is available, however, 24-hours a day, if assistance is needed. Interpreter services are available upon request.
