We are glad you chose Senior Whole Health to meet your health care needs. This web site will help you learn about Senior Whole Health and its special way of coordinating care. Our goal is to maximize the quality of life, health and independence of our members.

Our hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm 7 days a week from 11/15/07- 3/01/08 and 8:00 am - 8:00 pm M-F from 3/02/08 - 11/14/08.  Someone is available, however, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if assistance is needed at 1-888-794-7268. If you are hearing or speech impaired, call TTY 1-888-749-6455.

Senior Whole Health is a Senior Care Organization made available to members under a cooperative agreement with the US Department of Health and Human Services, through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts through MassHealth.
